We have developed an automated system for managing, controlling and distributing leads for a network eCommerce project.

Description of the customer's eCommerce project

The infrastructure of the client company involves the use of several dozen trading sites and a developed agent network of managers, on which leads received from sites and trading platforms are transmitted.

The company's profit is built on the sale of goods through the agent network and on receiving payments from agents for providing company leads.

The agent network is divided into 2 main groups:

 

Development composition

We have developed a software core that is integrated with 22 websites of the customer company.

When an order for a product is received, the lead enters the system, after which the lead is instantly transferred to the agent.

The lead distribution system is based on compliance with the company's internal corporate rules and is tied to the agent's rating system, the agent's status, the package purchased by the agent, the frequency of leads received by the agent, the number of successful transactions, the number of processed leads and the history of cooperation.

Agents are entered into the system by the administrator of the customer company, after which they fall under automated control. In case of dishonest processing of leads by an agent, the agent receives a notification and then is blocked, the agent is unblocked by the company administrator.

A convenient corporate interface has been developed inside the system that displays the agent's activity, the number of received and processed leads, the balance of free leads for the period, the number of successful transactions, the cooperation package, the status and rating of the agent, the total amount of transactions for the period.

Agents receive leads in a personal account provided by the customer.

The system we developed made it possible to fully automate the process of interaction with the company's agents and increase the efficiency of sales channels by introducing control, efficiency and eliminating the human factor from the distribution process.
