Agents are entered into the system by the administrator of the customer company, after which they fall under automated control. In case of dishonest processing of leads by an agent, the agent receives a notification and then is blocked, the agent is unblocked by the company administrator.
A convenient corporate interface has been developed inside the system that displays the agent's activity, the number of received and processed leads, the balance of free leads for the period, the number of successful transactions, the cooperation package, the status and rating of the agent, the total amount of transactions for the period.
Agents receive leads in a personal account provided by the customer.
