Automation of exchange with Federal executive authorities in terms of exchange of information critical for the functioning of the banking system.
The project contains a software package that allows you to control incoming documents and ensure uninterrupted electronic document flow with the Federal Tax Service (FTS), the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), and the Federal Customs Service (FCS).
To protect the electronic exchange, a standard key interaction scheme from the Central Bank of Russia was used.
Project composition
- Separate AWPs (Automated Workstations) have been introduced that meet the requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in terms of automation tools in banking.
- Deployed and documented key media kits for interoperability.
- A software package for bilateral interaction with the Russian Tax Service was developed and implemented for all structural divisions of the group.
- A software package for bilateral exchange with the Customs Service of Russia has been developed and implemented.
- A software package for bilateral interaction with the Bailiff Service of Russia has been developed and implemented.
- A system of control and notification of responsible persons about incoming correspondence from executive authorities has been introduced.
- A system for notifying about changes in the statuses of transmitted electronic documents and messages has been implemented.
- Technical and operational documentation has been prepared for further support of the complex by the IT department of the banking group.
- The workload on the personnel of each bank of the group, responsible for control and processing of key information of all exchange packages with Government authorities, has been reduced by 80%.
- The number of errors in electronic document flow has been reduced by 95%.
- Increased message processing speed by 1000%.
