The project implemented a custom B2B portal for a fashion brand.
This implementation of the B2B portal unites a group of five brands of the company and existing partners (franchisees) into a single ecosystem aimed at accelerating communication, quality of service, cooperation and development of the franchise network.
The main objective of this implementation of the B2B portal is to increase sales of the products of the group of companies to existing partners, planning the production and import of the required volume of products to the CIS, as well as a direct impact on the development of a multi-brand partner network through the involvement of partners in the catalogs of other brands of the group.
The intracorporate B2B portal is a direct communication channel for interaction between partners and the brand. This approach allows the partner to order products from several warehouses of the company at any time, plan the purchase of goods, form plans for the purchase of goods, manage delivery times, receive all necessary accounting documentation and generate reports.
The development of the portal was based on the development of the MVP version, with further involvement of the rest of the group's brands in the main part of the project. The development of an additional functional part was carried out according to the SCRUM methodology.
