Draft control system for employees in retail outlets / supermarkets

A universal system has been developed for internal control of personnel on the territory of retail space, which is not related to video surveillance technologies.

The system allows for constant monitoring of employees throughout all shifts, without the need to check in at checkpoints and entrances.

The data obtained in the course of personnel monitoring is brought into a convenient dash-board, which allows detailing the behavior of personnel during the entire work shift in any selected time interval, according to the following indicators:

• Moving through the halls of the trading area;
• Time spent in the work area;
• Working activity;
• Distance covered, movement and stops in various areas of the supermarket;
• Entrances / exits outside the trading area (breaks for a smoke break, meals, unloading / loading of goods, etc.);
• Concentration of employees at one point;
• Temperature map of shopping areas visited by employees during business hours.

The analytical system of the VIMS company allows for total internal control over personnel in order to optimize financial, time and general workflow.
