Scrum

SCRUM is a project management methodology.

SCRUM is the minimum required set of activities, artifacts, roles on which the SCRUM development process is built, which allows, in fixed short periods of time, called sprints, to provide the end user with a working product with new business opportunities for which the highest priority is determined.

SCRUM is commonly used in software development, but can be used in other manufacturing industries as well.
