In connection with the active development and expansion of the company, we are looking for a talented specialist in the field of customer communication and sales.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Development of the partner and client network of the company, processing of incoming applications, search for new clients, sales;
  • Conducting negotiations and presentations;
  • Participation in exhibitions, seminars and conferences in order to increase the interest of the client audience in the company's products and services;
  • Preparation of commercial offers and contracts;
  • Maintaining a customer base in a CRM system;
  • Conclusion of contracts;
  • Client management.


  • Higher education (as an advantage: advertising, marketing, IT);
  • Experience in personal and telephone sales for at least 1 year;
  • Cold calling experience is a must;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to apply them in practice (is an advantage);
  • Knowledge of the market, technologies, economics of building projects;
  • Ability to understand and delve into the client's business processes;
  • Competent Russian;
  • Personal qualities: sociability, the desire to grow and develop in sales, the ability to persuade, focus on results, responsibility, stress resistance, activity.
