Task

In connection with the expansion of the business of the group of companies, it is necessary to separate the information base 1C KA 2.4 to improve the efficiency of management and tax accounting.

Optional: prepare the possibility of updating the version from 2.4 to 2.5.

Problem

In one information base 1C KA 2.4, management and financial accounting is maintained for several legal entities of the Civil Code.

In connection with the expansion of the company, such a scheme has lost its effectiveness.

Solution

We analyzed 1C KA 2.4.

We unloaded information on several legal entities into separate databases, preserving all the modifications of the source database.

We solved the problem of combined databases by separating the 1C KA 2.4 databases.

Additionally: prepared databases for the transition from version 2.4 to 2.5.

Scope of work

• Organized a new server, deployed SUDB;
• Separate information bases 1C KA 2.4 have been prepared;
• Scheduled processing for uploading documents to new information bases for LLCs and individual entrepreneurs has been developed;
• The readiness for the transition to new information bases was analyzed;
• Transferred data on salaries for LLCs and individual entrepreneurs;
• Transferred directories and documents for LLCs and individual entrepreneurs;
• Checked and corrected data for LLCs and individual entrepreneurs;
• Transition of legal entities to new bases was made;
• Trade equipment connected;
• Reconfigured user workstations to work in the new bases of LLCs and individual entrepreneurs according to the purchased licenses;
• Users are connected according to the purchased licenses.
